DOKO – The fresh Basket is a flagship trademark brand of Otangata 7 Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “OT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). At OT, we take privacy of information very seriously. Just like how our teas are mend for your health. We as a brand value our customer’s privacy. You are important to us.

 

That being said, DOKO is committed to providing you with your deliveries on time – every time. To ensure that quality of our services remain intact all of our delivery options are processed within a standard fast-paced time line.

 

The orders placed online have a processing life that starts within our scheduled processing regime with a standard delivery timeframe to give you the best experience of our products. Orders placed on Cash-on-Delivery are processed after prior confirmation (which is usually processed 24hrs after you’ve placed the order) and dispatched accordingly depending on the standard timeline.

 

All of our products have a shipping span that lasts during normal working hours throughout the week except for Sundays & Public holidays. Our endeavour is to give you the best product at the shortest span of time, which is why our alliance with prominent courier agencies across India would be fruitful to give you the quality experience you need.

 

We have a delivery module that is segregated in two distinct phases i.e., all orders placed before 02:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day while orders coming after the scheduled timeline would be shipped the next day.

 

Cash-on-Delivery orders are dispatched the next day after prior confirmation over calls or emails. All deliveries would be made to the address you have provided to us at the time of placing the order, if in-case there’s a discrepancy with your delivery, wherein your area of location falls in a remote no delivery zone, or due to some other unforeseen circumstances the delivery is not possible then you may choose to pick the order from a nearby delivery centre or cancel it (on the basis of your understanding).

 

Our fastest delivery option is only available for paid online orders within for metro cities. While cash-on-delivery Orders have a standard turnaround time plus a few more days at the delivery partner’s end.

 

For Damaged Products

 

Though it is unlikely that you would receive a defective product from our end but if you unfortunately receive a product that is in bad shape/condition or if you think the package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, then please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID or call us at 011-41 23 3233 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
