Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

 

DOKO – The fresh Basket is a flagship trademark brand of Otangata 7 Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “OT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). At OT, we take privacy of information very seriously. Just like how our teas are mend for your health. We as a brand value our customer’s privacy. You are important to us.

 

Return Policy

 

A product is deemed eligible for return, if you’ve received a defective or damaged commodity, which needs to be conveyed to our legal support team within 24 hours (upon receiving the order) for a successful recovery of the product. Once the defected item is in our possession and verified for defects by our quality assurance team, we’ll dispatch a new replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Before sending us the defected product please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is available.

 

Our Return policy does not cover bulk or corporate orders.

 

Cancellation of Order

 

All orders made within a 24 hours timeframe can be cancelled anytime. To do so you may simply write to us at [email protected] mentioning your order number in the subject line. If you want to cancel the order after confirmation and dispatch, you may just refuse to accept the order after informing us via email prior to refusing the product. Please be informed that a cancellation of order is only subject to the availability of the respective product.

 

Refund Policy

 

A refund is accepted and initiated only in the case where the product received is damaged/expired/out of stock and a replacement isn’t possible for the same. A refund would be initiated based on your mode of payment i.e., all refunds for online orders will be processed via wired-transfer of funds to the user account based on the consumer’s mode of payment. For a cash-on-delivery order, one of our legal team would contact you for your banking details for the initiation of refund which would ideally take 7-10 working days to be reflected upon your account. Refund via UPI is not encouraged in our company policy but in very rare scenario would it be done only when a wired transfer isn’t possible. If at all a UPI based refund is to be initiated, we would only transfer the amount of refund to the user’s registered mobile phone number.

 

Note: Our dedicated staff work hard to bring this product to you ensuring that it reaches safely, but regardless of the efforts that we make to get this to you there are some unforeseen elements of misfortune that may damage the product during transit. In such a scenario you are requested to reach back to us within the stipulated window from the date of delivery.
